Very good chicken and the staff was friendly. Neat and clean.

This food was great. Always cooked fresh and tastes amazing. I haven't been to a bad Raising Canes yet and I don't believe I ever will. Love this company.

I have heard of this chain starting up in the Cincinnati area. I was traveling to Kentucky and decided to stop here. The chicken was good and the Texas toast was surprisingly delicious. It is something I would like to try in Ohio if there are more locations.

Very good food without being overly expensive.

My husband and i were on our way down to Gatlinburg when we stopped for gas and saw this place. We are from upper Indiana so we have never seen this restaurant before. We were greeted as soon as we walked in and the place was so clean!! The chicken was so tender and the fries were perfect. My husband loved the bread and coleslaw. While there we constantly saw staff cleaning and picking up. Would definitely recommend this place!

First time I have EVER had bad service at a Canes’s restaurant. Also, the first time I have ever eaten at this location. I went through the drive-through, ordered three piece finger combo with sweet tea and extra canes sauce.. When I got to the window, I asked for extra napkins, and the girl said they are in the bag. I got back to work open my bag, there were no extra napkins, there was one. There was no bread with my order, there was NO extra sauce, and and I got UNSWEETENED tea. I tried to call and speak to the manager, but the phone just rang and rang, no one ever picked up.

This raises cains is great but close way too early for the common working man. They should extend the hours to get 5 stars!😴🚫

It was hot and fresh. Fries a little on the limp side and I don't really like their coleslaw but service was quick and correct.

The best friend chicken anywhere. Canes sauce puts all other dipping sauces to shame. They only do 1 thing, but they do it so well nothing else is needed.

I recently ordered a chicken sandwich, and was very disappointed. When I got home, I saw that my sandwich consisted of only a bun and 3 chicken fingers. There was no sauce, lettuce or tomato. Also, the bottom part of the bun was caked with something I assume was flour. It was a big disappointment especially since I paid over $5.00 for it. Very annoying.

If you've never ate here or at any Cane's, then do yourself a favor and stop. I'd ask for extra Cane's sauce, too.

Really great chicken fingers.

It has good chicken fingers. The place only takes about 5-8 minutes to get your food. But the fries aren't that great and the tables aren't very clean. They are much better than your basic McDonald's or Taco Bell.

My family and I are from Indiana and whenever we travel out of state I look forward to getting canes since there isn’t one anywhere close to me. However this place was the worst canes i’ve ever been too. The girl taking our order was extremely rude and asked if we were done many times although before we even began ordering we told her it was a big order. We asked for a large drink and they were out of large lids so she asked if a medium was okay. which was fine, but we were still charged for a large. When we finally got our food, the fries were cold, the toast was not toasted and the tenders were soggy.

I love the sweet tea here. That's mostly why we go. The bread, fries and dipping sauce are good but I don't care much for the chicken. I'm not saying it's "bad" but for my taste, I just cant.

Great chicken. It's all they do, but it's done well. Texas toast is good also. Not as good as the canes in Vegas but fairly good.

Best chicken tenders you'll ever have!! Especially with the cane's sauce.

I am usually a big fan of Raising Canes but just got a 25 piece taigate and the size of the strips were so small...i literally could have went the McDonald's and got a 20 piece nugget and had just as much for $25 less. Typically the stips are pretty good size but not sure what happened this time. If this is the new size i wont go back...there are lots of places that serve chicken.

First time here and the food is good, service was incredibly fast and the workers are incredibly nice. I had waited in line at Wendy's for over 15 minutes without my order being taken (I was at the menu). Went over to Cane's and ordered and got my food in under 2 minutes. The man that gave me my food was wonderful and very nice. Will be returning.

Outstanding chicken. Very good fries, good sauce. Great ice and good tea. Not sure if they're short handed but the floors and most tables were dirty. I would still go back tho. Good quality chicken. Cool interior.

When you go out to eat and you want some thing quality and you want to keep it simple. Maybe It was the soft cold mashpotato like crispy crinkle cut fries they always advertise about. The crispy chicken, the one love they are always talking about. Must have been sitting for a while the breading falling off right at the counter. Then last but not least, the bread. One side is lathered in cooking oil, then cooked on one side, and last allowed to get cold.In my experience if the menu is that simple, the focus on quality should be high. I go to a restaurant to get something I couldn't get at home. My advice is to find another chicken place.

Very expensive but probably my favorite place for fries chicken tenders.

Always amazing! Freshest chicken for a "fast-food" chain...and Cane's sauce is PERFECTION!

You would think if I asked for ketchup, no slaw extra toast, and a sweet tea that I would get those things. But no I get no ketchup, a cup of slaw, and an unsweet tea. Glad I found that out after driving 20 minutes back to work.

Okay, I get it says chicken fingers in the name but are you kidding me. They have 4 ideas on their menu. And I love chicken finger. Also, they had nothing else for a sauce. No ranch or even bbq. That’s just insane. And their chicken finger sandwich was just weird and had to eat. They kept falling out of the sandwich. Not a fan.

Would give 5 stars if they had BBQ sauce. Chicken is really good, fries not overly salty. Need a smaller serving than 3, kids meal actually would be a perfect size. Had half my meal left over.

This is the first time time I have visited this particular location and the second or third visit ever to a Raising Canes. The place while busy served me fairly quickly. The chicken was juicy and the tea sweet. I think the Texas toast was my favorite part. The cashier was friendly and the parking lot and the restaurant was clean and well maintained. I would not hesitate to eat here again.

The best chicken out of any fast food place. I never have a bad experience with Canes, my food is always hot and fresh. Their chicken is so tasty and never dry.

Raising Cane's is one of the best chains you can go to in any city. I've been to many and they've always delivered high quality food and service.

Excellent service and thankful they are open till 10 pm after work drive thru dinner and best ice tea ever.

I honestly LOVE Cane's, but about 50% of the time, this location disappoints. Working second shift at Toyota, they rush my food every time I go for lunch (10 pm). I rarely get the extra sauce I ask for, the tea ALWAYS tastes like they mixed it halfway with tap water (not steeped tea), the bread is soggy, the fries aren't salted, and the service tends to be really rude. During the afternoon, they are WONDERFUL! No matter how busy they are, service is great and friendly, and I get everything I ask for as well as good food.

The food is nothing really to fawn about. You literally could go to any number of chicken or even non chicken restaurants and get the same thing. The canes sauce was good but I'm pretty sure it's mayo ketchup and spices. The price is high as well. 12 bucks for the caniac combo seems high but I I was satisfied so that's a wash. What I would come back for is the simplicity of the menu, the speed of the food, the fact that the food was hot and the restaurant clean.
